The B&G N2KEXT-6RD is a high-performance 1.82 m (6 ft) NMEA 2000 (N2K) Micro-C Extension Cable designed for marine navigation networks. It serves a dual purpose: functioning either as a drop cable to connect individual sensors, displays, and instruments to an N2K backbone, or as a backbone extension cable to bridge distances between NMEA 2000 T-connectors.

Constructed with heavy-duty shielded twisted-pair conductors, the cable minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMI) and signal drop across the network. Equipped with industry-standard 5-pin Micro-C male and female threaded connectors, it features IP67 waterproof strain-relief boots to ensure gas-tight, corrosion-resistant connectivity in harsh marine environments.
