The BEP 777-BB4S-500-B is a high-capacity 500 Amp DC distribution busbar engineered to consolidate heavy-gauge battery cables, inverter feeds, and main ground paths. Part of BEP's modular Pro Installer cluster system, it features a standardized 1* footprint and common interconnection height, allowing direct link-bus joining to Pro Installer fuseholders and battery switches to save installation space and labor time.

Constructed with high-purity tinned CDA102 copper conductors mounted on a high-temperature glass-reinforced fiber base, the 777-BB4S-500-B handles high continuous current up to 50V DC. It provides four M8 (5/16 in) stainless steel studs treated with factory anti-seize lubricant to prevent thread galling under high torque. Each busbar includes a clear polycarbonate protective cover with removable snap-out side panels for multidirectional cable access.
