The BEP Pro Installer 777-Z18W-200 is a high-density, 200-Amp 18-way dual-tier Z-busbar designed for high-capacity DC power and ground distribution in space-constrained marine electrical panels. Featuring BEP’s patent-pending two-tier "Z" stepped conductor architecture, it allows small-to-medium branch feed conductors to enter neatly from a single side without overlapping, tangling, or requiring severe wire bend radiuses.

Engineered with high-purity tinned C11000 copper bars, the 777-Z18W-200 includes 4 primary M6 (1/4 in) connection studs alongside 18 M4 (5/32 in) screw terminals equipped with captive lock washers. The unit can function as a single 200A high-density bar, split into separate positive/negative distribution rails, or linked to adjacent Pro Installer modules using copper Z-Links. A transparent polycarbonate insulating cover insulates live terminals across three sides while allowing clear visual circuit inspection.
