The BEP / CZone 80-911-0034-00 is an OEM high-flexibility silicone seal boot engineered to provide environmental protection for 6-wire output plug assemblies on CZone Output Interface (OI) and Motor Output Interface (MOI) digital switching modules. Designed for harsh marine engine rooms, lazarettes, and wet locker installations, it seals the high-current output wiring harness connection against moisture ingress, salt spray, airborne contaminants, and accidental short circuits.

Molded from high-grade UV- and chemical-resistant black silicone elastomer, the boot slides over the 6-position Deutsch-style or heavy-duty wire harness and forms a tight compression seal against the module enclosure. It retains elasticity over extreme temperature cycles without cracking or drying out, ensuring long-term IPX5/IPX6 environmental seal integrity for high-amperage DC output channels.
