The BEP FT-250-B is an industrial-grade 250 Ampere Class T fast-acting current-limiting fuse engineered to provide extreme primary circuit protection on DC battery banks, large inverter/chargers, bow thrusters, and windlasses. Rated for up to 160V DC with a 20,000 A Interrupt Capacity (AIC), it instantly clears high-energy short circuits before battery energy can cause thermal runaway or catastrophic wiring damage.

Featuring corrosion-resistant tin-plated copper mounting tabs and a durable ceramic body housing, the FT-250-B incorporates a slight time-delay tolerance to allow temporary, non-damaging motor in-rush currents to pass while opening rapidly under sustained overload conditions. Designed specifically for installation within BEP Pro Installer Class T Fuseholders or standard JLLN/Class T blocks, it is essential for modern high-output lithium-ion (LiFePO4) and low-resistance AGM battery systems.
