BEP Pro Installer Dual 8mm (5/16") Insulated Power Junction Stud (Bulk Pack)

The BEP IST-8MM-2S-B  is a high-durability, compact dual 8mm (5/16 in) insulated power junction stud designed to safely terminate, secure, and branch heavy-gauge DC battery cables and conductors. As part of BEP's modular Pro Installer family, it features a standardized space-saving footprint (49 mm * 49 mm) and common interconnection height, allowing direct alignment alongside Pro Installer busbars, fuse blocks, and battery switches.

Constructed with high-temperature glass-reinforced polymer for maximum mechanical strength and chemical resistance, the unit houses two independent insert-molded stainless steel studs. The extended stud lengths accommodate up to three heavy-duty cable lugs per post. Because the studs pass through an insulated base without an internal conductive bridge, each post acts as an isolated junction point or feed-through terminal. Included with each unit is a clear polycarbonate protective cover featuring flexible snap-out side skirts for multi-angle cable routing and IP isolation.
