The BEP S120-10 is a heavy-duty, 120mm² (4/0 AWG equivalent) tinned copper crimp lug featuring an M10 (3/8 in) terminal stud hole. Purpose-built for primary shipboard DC power distribution, main battery bank switches, large inverter/charger DC terminals, and high-capacity bow thruster supply lines, it is engineered for maximum current transfer and structural durability under severe vibration.

Manufactured from high-conductivity, 100% pure electro-annealed oxygen-free copper, the S120-10 is electro-tin-plated to resist salt-air oxidation, surface tarnishing, and galvanic corrosion. Its heavy-wall seamless tubular barrel design guarantees maximum tensile strength when crimped with standard hex or indent dies, while a chamfered funnel entry allows rapid strand insertion without wire snagging. The fully closed-end palm design seals out moisture and humidity, protecting the internal copper cable strands from degradation.
