The BEP S70-8 is a heavy-duty 70mm² (2/0 AWG) tinned copper crimp cable lug engineered for primary high-current marine DC power distribution, main battery switch leads, high-output inverter feeds, bow thruster power connections, and heavy busbar terminations requiring an M8 (5/16 in) stud footprint. Manufactured from 100% high-conductivity annealed copper, it provides optimal current transfer with minimal voltage drop and thermal buildup under severe electrical loads.

The lug features electro-tin plating to guard against galvanic corrosion, surface oxidation, and contact degradation in harsh salt-air marine environments. Designed with a heavy-wall seamless tube barrel, it tolerates extreme mechanical crimping forces without splitting or deforming, while its closed-end barrel structure blocks water, humidity, and engine room contaminants from wicking into fine-stranded copper conductors.
