The Hensel FP TS 54 is a heavy-duty 540 mm standard 35 mm top-hat DIN rail designed specifically for mounting modular electrical components within the Hensel EnyStar enclosure system (such as Size 3 and Size 4 large distribution boxes). Manufactured to standard DIN EN 60715 (35 mm * 7.5 mm profile), it provides a rigid, corrosion-resistant mounting framework for DIN-rail miniature circuit breakers (MCBs), residual current devices (RCDs), terminal blocks, relays, and contactors.

Constructed from galvanized, passivated sheet steel, the FP TS 54 is engineered to withstand high vibration, mechanical shock, and humid marine or industrial atmospheres without oxidizing. Pre-punched mounting slots align perfectly with internal fixation points on EnyStar enclosure bases, allowing rapid tool-free height adjustment and solid mechanical anchoring.
