The Mastervolt 41500500 is a 6-meter battery temperature sensor designed to enable dynamic temperature-compensated battery charging. By continuously monitoring the surface temperature of the battery bank, it allows compatible Mastervolt chargers, combi inverters, and DC-DC converters to automatically adjust output charging voltages (typically -30mV°C for 12V systems / -60mV°C for 24V systems). This prevents dangerous thermal runaway in high-ambient engine rooms and eliminates undercharging in cold climates.

The sensor probe features a ring terminal lug format intended for direct mounting onto the negative battery terminal post, ensuring maximum thermal transfer. Pre-terminated with a 6-m (19.7 ft) flexible cable and standard 6P6C (RJ11) modular plug, it provides plug-and-play integration across the entire Mastervolt marine power ecosystem.
