Scanstrut DS40-P High-Impact Plastic Large Deck Seal (DS40-P)

The Scanstrut DS40-P is a marine-grade High-Impact UV-Stable Plastic Large Deck Seal designed to pass large pre-terminated cables and heavy marine connectors through decks, cabin roofs, and bulkheads without cutting or unsoldering factory plugs. Engineered to accommodate connectors up to ∅ 40 mm (1.57") and outer cable diameters between 12-15 mm (0.47"- 0.59"), it provides an IP68 100% waterproof seal around radar, satellite TV, and primary transducer runs.

Featuring a low-profile, domed aesthetic molded from UV-stabilized white glass-filled nylon, the DS40-P uses a tapered split neoprene bung alongside a captive base seal to eliminate the need for liquid silicone sealant during installation. The high-impact plastic housing delivers impact resistance, zero risk of metal corrosion, and long-term durability under harsh sunlight and saltwater exposure.
